Double frill one strap/off the shoulder floaty dress with chiffon bow tie strap. The dress is floor length with its top layer of chiffon forming a waterfall drape across the front skirt. A wonderful way to give the usual floor length dress a new and updated look. Fastened with a zip at the back. Available in any Chiffon colour. Shown in Rose Petal and Baby Blue.
