FAQs

When is your Grand Opening?

We are officially OPEN as of February 5th, 2022! Book your appointment today and come see us in person! We promise you will love our shop!

When should I make an appointment?

It is advisable to start your wedding dress shopping about a year out from your wedding date. This allows time for your dress to come in and for you to get the needed alterations.

What sizes will you carry?

We are a size-inclusive, body-positivity Bridal Shop and our designers start with standard sizing and we can go up to a size 44. Down the Aisle Bridal Shop is an experience for every bride, especially curvy girls!

How will I know if the dress is "the one?"

Tears are not necessarily going to indicate if you have found your dress. In fact, most of the time, the biggest indicator is how much time you spend in the dress - the feeling of not wanting to take it off!

Who should I bring to my appointment?

Let's be honest, less is more. I can pretty much guarantee that a big party is going to overwhelm and stress the bride, which is exactly what we aim to avoid. This should be fun! My advice, keep it small AND if you want to have a reveal party to a larger group, let's plan that!

What should I wear to my appointment?

Be comfortable! We are going to be changing in and out of dresses so you are going to get down to your skivvies! Most dresses have built in cups, so the need for a bra is seldom in the wedding dress world. We do recommend to bring a strapless bra and any shape wear you plan to use.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Occasionally wedding plans change, but every dress is individually created for you, our bride, so our policy is that all sales are final without eligibility for a return or exchange per industry standards.

Do you carry bridesmaid dresses?

Currently we focus on the Bride, Bridal Accessories, and Mother's Dresses. We hope to assess demand and add bridesmaid dresses in the future!
